Carrie Coates, New Associate Broker with Dunagan Associates, is no stranger to the details of buying and selling a home. Over the years she and her family have experienced the relocation process several times. It has been her experience that a good Realtor makes all the difference in a real estate transaction. She plans to incorporate all the experiences and knowledge into her own approach to her Client’s needs. This coupled with years of experience in a professional sales model, make Carrie uniquely qualified to help her clients in finding a home. Arriving in Carlsbad in 2007, Carrie and her two daughters, Catie and Patty Jo accompanied her husband Brad as he accepted the Senior Pastorate at First Assembly of God. The Coates Family has enjoyed being involved in the Carlsbad Community through the Church, their daughter’s interests and Carrie’s position at the local paper, the Current Argus. The Coates Family is pleased to call Carlsbad their home and look forward to many happy years here.
